Welcome to Thrill Hills Ski & Tubing Hill. By using our website (skithrillhills.com) or purchasing tickets, passes, rentals, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase or visiting the hill.

1. General Use of the Website

By accessing or using our site, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.

• Not interfere with website functionality or security.

• Provide accurate information when making purchases or completing waivers.

Thrill Hills reserves the right to update content, policies, hours, pricing, and availability without notice.

2. Tickets, Passes & Rentals

A. All Sales Final, With Limited Exceptions

Tickets, passes, rentals, and digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the specific circumstances listed in Section 2B.

B. Refunds May Be Granted ONLY If:

1. Thrill Hills closes operations for the day before opening due to:

   • Severe weather

   • Mechanical failure

   • Unsafe conditions

   • Power outages or emergencies

2. A guest experiences a documented medical emergency that prevents participation.

   • A doctor’s note or other verification may be required.

   • Refunds or credits are granted at Thrill Hills’ discretion.

3. A duplicate purchase occurs due to a technical error.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Weather changes after the hill is already open

• Cold temperatures

• Long drive times or travel delays

• Guest no-shows

• Illness after arrival

• Equipment or clothing issues

• Partial visits or early departures

C. Ticket & Pass Usage Rules

• Single-day tickets are valid only for the date selected.

• Season passes are non-transferable and may require ID.

• Lost passes may be replaced for a fee.

• Misuse of passes may result in pass revocation with no refund.

3. Liability Waivers

All guests must complete a digital liability waiver before participating in tubing, skiing, or snowboarding activities.

The waiver includes:

• Assumption of inherent risks

• Agreement to follow all safety rules

• Photography/video release (optional)

• Parental/guardian consent for minors

• Medical treatment permission in emergencies

Guests who refuse to sign a waiver may not participate.

4. Safety & Conduct Expectations

To ensure a safe environment, guests must:

• Follow posted signs and instructions from Thrill Hills staff

• Use equipment responsibly

• Wear proper winter clothing and recommended helmets

• Stay within designated areas

• Supervise minors at all times

• Avoid reckless behavior that could endanger others

Thrill Hills may remove any guest from the property for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

5. Weather & Operational Changes

North Dakota weather can be… moody.

Therefore, Thrill Hills may:

• Modify hours

• Close early

• Delay opening

• Reduce available terrain

These changes do not qualify for refunds unless the hill is closed for the entire day before opening (see Section 2B).

6. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through:

• Square (in-person and online)

• WooCommerce (website ordering)

We do not store full payment card details at any time.

7. Digital Products

Some products sold on our website (e.g., PDFs, guides, digital passes) are delivered electronically.
Digital sales are final and cannot be refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, graphics, logos, text, videos, and site design—belongs to Thrill Hills and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to services such as:

• Square Checkout

• JotForm / Adobe Sign

• Google Calendar

• Social media platforms

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

10. Accounts & Login Access

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure

• Maintaining accurate personal information

• All activity under your account

Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

11. Photography & Video Release

By entering Thrill Hills, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for:

• Safety

• Training

• Marketing

• Social media

• Website use

If you prefer not to be photographed, you may notify staff, though complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed.

12. ADA Accessibility

Thrill Hills is committed to providing reasonable accommodations. Please contact us before your visit to discuss any accessibility needs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrill Hills is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from skiing, tubing, snowboarding, or winter terrain

• Lost, damaged, or stolen personal items

• Weather conditions

• Guest negligence or misuse of equipment

Participation in winter sports involves inherent risks, which guests accept by entering the property.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. The updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
