These Season Pass Terms & Conditions apply to all Thrill Hills season passes, including Adult, Child, Senior, and Family Passes. By purchasing or using a season pass, you agree to the following policies.
1. Season Pass Validity
A Thrill Hills season pass provides access to skiing and tubing during the current operating season only, on days and hours when the hill is officially open to the public.
Season passes:
Are non-transferable
May require photo ID at check-in
Are valid only for the person named on the pass
May not be shared, loaned, or resold
Must be presented when requested by staff
Misuse may result in revocation without refund.
2. Refund & Credit Policy (Specific Exceptions Only)
Season passes are non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstances:
A. Full-Day Operational Closure Before Opening
If Thrill Hills must close for the entire day before operating hours due to:
Severe weather
Safety concerns
Mechanical or lift failure
Emergency or power outage
…a credit or partial refund may be issued at Thrill Hills’ discretion.
B. Verified Medical Emergency
If the passholder experiences a documented medical condition that prevents continued participation for the remainder of the season:
A physician’s note may be required
Thrill Hills may issue a prorated credit or partial refund
Credits may only apply to the following season
C. Duplicate Purchases
If a pass was purchased more than once by mistake, we may refund the duplicate transaction.
Refunds are not issued for:
Weather changes after the hill opens

Late arrivals or early departures
Travel delays
Illness after arrival
A change in personal schedule
Minimal use of the pass
A guest deciding not to ski or tube anymore
3. Season Pass Replacement
Lost or damaged passes may be replaced for a $10 reprint fee.
Stolen passes should be reported immediately so they can be deactivated.
4. Operating Hours & Weather Conditions
North Dakota weather can change quickly. Thrill Hills reserves the right to:
Adjust hours
Open late
Close early
Offer limited terrain or lifts
Suspend activities during unsafe conditions
These changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.

6. Liability Waiver Requirement
All season passholders (and parents/guardians of minors) must complete the Thrill Hills Liability Waiver before using the hill.

7. Photo & Video Policy
Thrill Hills may take photos or video on the property for:
